Hasan CANDAN
He was born in 1966 in Eskişehir. In 1988, he started to work as an assistant internal auditor at İşbank. He took part as a manager in correspondent banking, internal audit department and financial management processes at the bank. In 1999, he led the bank's corporate risk management project; played a direct role in determining the credit, interest and operational risk management processes of İşbank and the group. He was at the head of the bank's risk management process until 2008. In the following period, he worked as the manager of İşbank Levent branch and London branch. He served as a member of the TSKB audit committee and as the vice chairman of Türk Pirelli's board of directors. He graduated from Ankara University SBF Business Administration Department in 1988, and completed his master's degree in Nottingham University Business Administration and Finance Department in 1995 in England. He is the author of the book published in Turkish "Risk Management in Banks and Basel II". Proficient in English in addition to Turkish.
Cem EK
He was born in Istanbul 1966. Mr. EK graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance in 1987. Almost with a 30 years’ experience in the corporate banking, he started his career at Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. as a Assistant Inspector in the internal audit department. With the title of Inspector, he did his internship at the Foreign Affairs Department, Correspondent Relations Department and İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. In addition to routine inspection of domestic branches and investigative duties undertaken, he also inspected the London Branch. After nearly 10 years of experience as an Inspector, since 1999 he served as Director, Deputy Director and Branch Manager in various branches that also do business with commercial and corporate customers of the bank. He retired from his position at Türkiye İş Bankası in 2018. He has got Credit Rating License.
Halil Cenk SÜER, Ph.D.
SÜER was born in 1965 in Izmit. He completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of the Middle East Technical University in 1988. After completing his master's degree in Financial Economics at Istanbul Bilgi University (2005), he completed his Ph.D. in Finance at Istanbul University in 2011. He started his career at T. İş Bankası A.Ş. as an assistant auditor in the Internal Audit Department. He then held various managerial positions and positions at Koçbank, Koçbank Nederland, Oyakbank and Millennium Bank. Between 2010 and 2017, he worked as a Member of the Credit Rating Committee in a rating company with domestic and foreign partners, which was authorized by the CMB to make credit ratings in the capital markets.

Semhan ÇORAPÇI
Mr. ÇORAPÇI started his professional career as a trader in treasury department of the bank of Koç group in İstanbul in 1992. He was head of treasury in Kocbank Nederland NV – Holland 1996 and 1998. His major responsibilities consisted of managing capital of the bank, maintain interbank transactions. Starting from 1998 he worked as the treasury division head of Rabobank İstanbul till 2002, with main responsibilities for the liquidity, fx and swap books of the bank. In 2004 he was Head of Fixed Income Markets in Halkbank– İstanbul and also acted as head of capital markets department of the bank. Major responsibility was to manage treasury and the fixed income book of the bank, surveillance of pricing and sales of fixed income products thru the branch network, additionally responsible for the mutual funds of the bank. He worked as treasurer in EFG Eurobank İstanbul between 2005-2008 where major responsibilities were managing fixed income and fx books of the bank. ÇORAPÇI was the treasurer of TAIB Yatırımbank İstanbul from 2008 till 2011 and marketed TL products and managed treasury books of the bank, also took part in the ALCO committee. Lately he was treasury advisor to Rabobank İstanbul with regards to issues in treasury in 2014. He is an active teaching person about treasury and related issues. He graduated from Ohio State University (1987) with a BS Degree (Finance Major & MIS Minor). Proficient in English and German languages in addition to Turkish.
Bülent ÇORAPÇI
Halil Bülent ÇORAPÇI, was born in 1936 at Yalova/Istanbul, graduated from Istanbul Yüksek İktisat ve Ticaret Okulu in 1956. He started his professional career at Karamancılar-Gazioğulları in 1953, responsible from various group companies in the areas of management and audit. Mr. ÇORAPÇI attended many seminar at abroad within the context of his area and worked at Karamancılar Holding, Orta Anadolu Mensucat, Anadolu Cam Sanayii, Nasaş Aliminyum, Çelik Halat, Polinas, Henkel and Turyağ during his professional career. He also acted as board member in these companies. Currently, he performs as a board member at Astay Gayrimenkul A.Ş, Atikpaşa ve Sultanahmet (Four Seasons Otelleri) A.Ş., Senapa Stampa Plastik A.Ş., Martı GYO, Kerevitaş (Super fresh) A.Ş. Mr. ÇORAPÇI is registered at the chamber of certified public accountant of Istanbul and a former member of tax council founded in accordance with the law. He is married and with two sons. With a well knowledge of English and interested in books and reading.
Mustafa GÖKTAŞ
GÖKTAŞ was born in 1966 in Bolu. He started his banking career at Koçbank in 1996 as a Financial Control Specialist in the Financial Control Department. After being the manager of the General Accounting and Subsidiaries and Consolidation units, he worked as a manager responsible for Accounting Audit at the Board of Inspectors. He started to work as a Group Manager in the Financial Control Department at TSKB in 2006, and continued as the Financial Control Manager in 2008. After being appointed as Corporate Compliance Manager in 2017, he retired in 2018. He has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University and a master's degree in Economics. Professionally he has got CPA, CIA, Credit Rating License, Corporate Governance Rating License, Real Estate Appraisal License, Derivatives License, Advanced License and Independent Audit License.
