Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kamil KÖSE Professor KÖSE was born in 1961 in Istanbul. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration in 1987, and graduated from Istanbul University in 1992 from the Finance Master's Program from the Social Sciences Institute and from the PhD program in 1998. Mr. KÖSE, who became an associate professor in 2004, has been working at IU since then. He worked as an Associate Professor of Finance in the Finance Department of the Faculty of Business Administration and continued his studies as a Professor at the same university since 2009. In 1993, he worked as a visiting professor at the Institute for the Maintenance of Public Savings in Baku-Azerbaijan and at the Urbana-Champaign campus of the USA/Illinois University in 1994-1995 and carried out various scientific studies. Prof. Dr. Melih PINARCIOĞLU Mr. PINARCIOĞLU received his BA from the METU Department of Business Administration, and his MA from the Department of City and Regional Planning. He holds a PhD from the University of London, UCL, Bartlett School of Architecture and Planning. He worked as a lecturer at the University of Westminster, School of Business and Economics. Professor PINARCIOĞLU has been a faculty member at METU City and Regional Planning Department since 1998. He has served as a consultant to many national and international organizations. He has been the director of the Built Environment Design Research Center (YTM-MATPUM) for professional services and R&D studies since its establishment. Prof. Dr. Ege YAZGAN Director of Istanbul Bilgi University Financial Application and Research Center, Prof. Dr. Ege Yazgan graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Economics in 1991. Ege Yazgan, who started his academic life as a Research Assistant in the Department of Economics at Istanbul University in 1992, continued his graduate studies at Boğaziçi and Istanbul Universities. He completed his doctoral studies at the University of Sussex, England, for a year as a visiting student at Cambridge University. Mr. YAZGAN, who also work as an instructor at Sussex University, has been working as a faculty member at Istanbul Bilgi University since 2001.
